Why do I love dancing Salsa? Well, it's true that I love the music, the wonderful community of people, and the hot dance movements…but sometimes I think I love dancing Salsa because of the cute dance outfits!

I love putting on a sassy dress that moves when I dance and a hot pair of high heels and dancing the night away!

Ah yes, high heel shoes!

Use your Core Muscles to Dance SalsaThey are so sexy and can make you look like a million dollars…they add great “lift” to your posterior chain (aka your booty)…and they can actually help you dance better!

When you're dancing Salsa, you want to be light on your feet. And high heels are excellent for making sharp and quick turns while you're dancing, as your body weight is already perfectly positioned over the balls of your feet.

And dancing in high heels helps you FEEL sexy and graceful in your body, too!

But there are some special tricks to actually look effortless and graceful while you're dancing in them!
