"On 2" Workshop Schedule - November 2001

Do you feel comfortable enough dancing "on 2" and want to broaden your repertoire? Or else, have you been hearing the buzz on the dance floors and want to discover what this timing is all about?  Take advantage of several workshops and classes being offered in the Bay Area this month--two of which are from visiting New York instructors!

NOVEMBER 5-26

4-week Series w/GABRIEL ROMERO @ Alberto's

*Level 1 class recommended as an intro to "on 2" timing.

7:00 PM Level 1:  Clave y Tumbao, Cuban Motion, Basic Steps, Partnering Technique, Dance Floor Etiquette, Shines.

8:30 PM Level 2:  Open floorwork and Syncopations, Spinning and Styling, Sexy Partnering.     

Fees: $45 for 4 weeks, $14 drop in basis

ISMAEL OTERO & CARIBBEAN SOUL DANCERS

First their first time ever in the Bay Area, Ismael and his dancers will be conducting a workshop and performing at Michelle and Ricardo's Hot Salsa Friday event the night before (three scheduled routines throughout the night).  All ages welcome!
